Our synthetic print substrates are made of polypropylene and are fully recyclable when disposed of properly. Like traditional paper, YUPO also has a grain direction, which influences its stiffness and print results. The grain direction of YUPO runs parallel to the first dimension specified on the label. The stiffness along the grain direction is twice as high as across the grain. Therefore, when planning, printing, and especially folding, pay attention to the grain direction to achieve the best possible results.

Note: Most YUPO sheets have a narrow-grain direction. Check the grain direction before printing to maximize print quality.
